ERROL DUNKLEY FOR STARTIME CLARENDON JULY 2 !!

Errol Dunkley became known for his hits as one of  Jamaica’s child stars after Delroy Wilson, but long before Dennis Brown and Horace Andy ….  during the heyday of his career in the late 60s / early 70s, before migrating to England to further his career in the mid 70s.

He is unquestionably one of our most outstanding vocal talents;  but while he has never achieved the lofty heights, respect and acclaim of some of his compatriots, Errol has carved a musical niche and created a strong worldwide following  with hits like Black Cinderella, Movie Star, You’re Gonna Need Me, Please Stop Your Lying, Love Brother Love Sister, You’ll Never Know,  A Little Way Different,  Ok Fred, Betcha By Golly Wow and Darling Ooh. His endearing stagemanship was on full show at last January’s Startime,   and a month later at his very successful birthday bash.

Come Saturday July 2 in Juici Patties Clarendon Park, Errol will once again deliver the hits and display the stage charisma that has made him a household name wherever reggae music is played around the world ….  And placed him among the most popular Startime performers of all time.
